A three storey extension and re-modelling of a beautiful detached house including external terrace and landscaped garden. The extension doubled the size of the existing house and included a cinema and wine room within the semi-basement extension.

The accommodation was fully remodelled to include an open plan kitchen/diner, new bathrooms and additional bedrooms.

An important consideration of our bespoke design was maximising the view over the stunning rear garden. We opted for extensive use of structural glazing alongside bi-fold open doors, set within the new steel frame.
