Our project at Allcoat House was a substantial conversion of an original Edwardian hotel that had fallen into disrepair and was suffering neglect and vandalism. The task was to convert the building into six self-contained apartments.

Located in this historic area of the Westcliff/Southend border, the alterations and renovation of the building had to be sympathetic and in keeping with the area.

We were delighted to receive a local authority award for the project design in the Southend Council Annual Design Awards (Conservation).
