Livemore were employed as Lead Architectural Designers, Contract Administrators and Principal Designers (CDM) for the new teaching block.

Part of SEN Trust Southend (Multi Academy), Lancaster is a special school teaching students with learning, physical and medical difficulties and the new building was custom designed to meet these needs.

The new accommodation provides three classrooms and welfare accommodation.

The design concept follows an established elevational building style, with the plan arrangement and technical performance in line with the latest educational guidelines.
