Livemore were employed by Royal Mail Group Limited (RMG) as Lead Architectural Designers, Contract Administrators and Principal Designers (CDM) for this commercial project. Marlow Delivery Office is an 18th Century former house located on the High Street in the heart of Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The building is currently occupied by RMG and sub-Tenants. The project centered around fabric repairs to heritage sash windows, brickwork pointing, dormers, tiled pitched roof and rear chimney, all protected by Listed Building restrictions. New heritage style aluminum rainwater goods were also installed to replace non-complaint PVCu versions.
