Livemore were employed by Nexus Infrastructure PLC as Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and Quantity Surveyors.

Livemore were engaged from the outset to review the 1.8 hectare Brownfield site, coordinate the design team appointments, manage the client aspirations and design, and to predict, plan and control the project costs.

Nexus is a 4,100 sq m headquarters near Braintree, in Essex, designed to accommodate circa 300 Staff across the business’ three subsidiaries, TriConnex, eSmart and Tamdown.

The new premise creates a home that inspires collaboration, communication, and wellbeing.
