Project Management of a major headquarters admin refurbishment to accommodate 600 London-based Post Office Ltd staff. Total spend circa £8m on three floors of Finsbury Dials.

The project achieved a Gold Standard SKA rating in accordance with the client brief. Services included the relocation management of staff and subsequent closure of Post Office Ltd’s existing Headquarters in Old Street which was sold off for redevelopment.
