​Livemore were employed as Project Management and Surveying Consultants to the Royal Mail for this major refurbishment project.

Phase 2 of the refurbishment of the Royal Mail Mail Centre at Mount Pleasant was to bring the ageing facility up to modern standards and further consolidate the Royal Mail estate.

The full internal and external refurbishment of the mail centre was completed over a period of 2 years. The project was made up of various works including work on the delivery offices, staff welfare facilities, stair cores, lift refurbishments and the conversion of 185 Farringdon Road to offices.
