A ten week healthcare project increasing the capacity of Southend University Hospital’s Accident and Emergency department. This included extensive remodelling and refurbishment of the existing Acute Medical Unit allowing the creation of paediatric specific spaces within the A&E facility.

We worked closely with both the hospital staff and estates department to deliver a bespoke paediatric waiting area that was to provide a stimulating environment for younger patients.
