​Livemore are employed as Building Surveying Consultants to The Worshipful Company of Cutlers.

We carried out remediation work to the lower basement of the historic Cutler’s Hall following a significant oil leak from a neighbouring property. Working in a confined space in a historic building of this standing was particularly difficult and the ongoing works had to be phased to protect the adjacent historic structure built in 1888. The remediation works included excavation, underpinning and major internal refurbishment.
