Livemore were employed by EquaGroup as Lead Architectural Designers, Contract Administrators and Principal Designers (CDM) for the residential development.

Zurich House was a former Office building over 3 floors . The conversion to Residential incorporated a 3^rd floor roof extension becoming 53 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Completed July 2022.
