​As part of a wide programme of works completed for the Royal Mail at the Mount Pleasant site we were chosen to project manage major alterations to the Phoenix Conference Centre.

Work included the replacement of the façade to Phoenix Place in bespoke GRC panels and further internal refurbishment of the conference centre itself.
