Livemore were employed by EquaGroup as Lead Architectural Designers, Contract Administrators and Principal Designers (CDM) for the residential development.

This 11,500sqft former bar and restaurant gained full planning permission for the mixed-use conversion into 10 x 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and two large commercial units. Completed 2019.
