James Warren

Biography

He began his time with us in the Drawing Office as a draftsman, undertaking surveying, feasibility, Planning and Building Regulation duties within the commercial, domestic, education and healthcare sectors. With James’ growing skills and capabilities he has moved into more of a Programme and Project Management role where he is happy working within a design team, running projects and assisting in developing scheme solutions.

James has a very positive and proactive approach to construction projects and over recent years, he has naturally been assigned to Programme Management roles on various national rollout projects for Royal Mail and Paddy Power PLC respectively.

He enjoys seeing the evolution of projects from feasibility stages through to completion and would like to continue to develop new skills whilst expanding into different areas within the industry to gain further experience of the construction sector in general.
