Biography
Andy joined The Livermore Partnership in 1987 as a post-graduate building surveyor with several years of construction industry experience. By 2000, Andy had become Partner and progressed into equity ownership. He is now a senior designated member of Livemore LLP with responsibility for practice development heading a progressive team of construction professionals.
Andy has extensive experience in all facets of the practice and has worked with a wide range of Clients and business sectors concentrating primarily on core building surveying services.
Heading up a team of 8 Building Surveyors working out of the Leigh-on-Sea office, he continues to work with an increasingly diverse range of public, private and charity sector Clients dealing with all types of projects across a wide range of building types.
Most recently he has assisted Clients in developing response strategies to the discovery of RAAC which has proved to be quite a prevalent problem in London, Anglia and the South East of England.
