Colin Harmond

Biography

Colin is a working Partner at Livemore and has been a crucial member of our team since 1999.

Professionally trained as a Building Surveyor, Colin began his impressive career primarily in the Education sector. He now specialises in a number of other sectors including Commercial and increasingly Healthcare projects. Hospital and healthcare projects can come with their own unique set of difficult technical complications and Colin is a true expert at running and managing these works. His recent achievements include responsibility for the Radiology Department remodelling and X-ray room at Broomfield Hospital and the state of the art Laporoscopic Theatre at Southend University Hospital.

Colin also provides Building Surveying services, Project Management and handles neighbourly matters – such as Party Wall and oversail agreements. A great proponent of efficient and fruitful collaborative teamwork, he understands the value of developing reliable, longstanding relationships with clients and colleagues.​
