Biography
With over 20 years of extensive experience of providing Project Management Services to key organisations, Alan joined Livemore in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Project Management, in both new build and Commercial fit out works, including move management, programme management, cost control, planning and resource scheduling.
Having worked with prestigious clients such as BAA, Royal Mail, Post Office Ltd. and Lloyds Banking, Alan has had exposure to a diverse range of projects from business refurbishments to the construction of more high profile technical projects.
Alan combines technical ability with excellent communication skills. He enjoys working collaboratively with his team on a range of projects and places great emphasis on developing long standing relationships with clients and colleagues alike, positioning him as a key member of the Livemore team.
