Adam Griffiths

Biography

Adam began his career with Livemore in 2007 with a period of work experience followed by a part time role while studying at college and then university. He graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in 2012 with a Bsc (Hons) in Architectural Technology. He also holds a National Diploma in Construction & Construction Management and received his accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology becoming MCIAT in 2022.

Versed in current planning and building regulation legislation Adam is also our BIM & CAD Manager for the practice, maintaining and aligning procedures & systems in accordance with legislation PAS1192. He also plays an active role in the day-to-day management of our IT systems.

In recent years Adam has undertaken numerus projects with local NHS trust hospitals becoming well versed in HBN standards. He has also assisted in producing multiple drawings throughout all design stages for many clients such as the SEN Trust Southend, Royal Mail, The Salvation Army and Leverton Primary School including multiple residential projects.
