Paul Howard

Biography

Having acquired over 20 years experience working as a Chartered Building Surveyor, including a role with the reputable firm Glenny LLP, Paul joined the Livemore team in 2018.

Paul’s extensive career includes providing project management and building surveying services to many large organisations including The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government, London Borough of Newham, Lloyds Banking Plc, Handelsbanken, Royal Mail Group, Co-op and The Salvation Army, as well as managing the health and safety audits of a national construction equipment hire company. Working with a wide range of institutional, private and public sector clients, Paul is a highly regarded member of the Livemore team.

Paul has continued to broaden his skillset, delivering other surveying services such as dilapidations for both landlord and tenant, party wall appointments and Landlord and Tenant advice for smaller firms, clients, property and managing agents. His broad and varied knowledge base renders him a respected mentor to Livemore’s graduate surveyors, overseeing their continued professional development and helping them to achieve chartership status (MRICS).
