Livemore is a busy and thriving independent chartered surveying, project management and construction consultancy in Leigh-on-Sea and London. Founded in 1976, we have grown to become a highly regarded, medium sized practice offering a broad range of professional services for construction projects of all sizes.
Our multi-disciplinary team of industry professionals means that we have the capacity to handle the largest projects right down to small consultancy, party wall and contract administration services. By staying a focussed practice we can be more responsive to your projects requirements – ensuring there are key team members available at all times.

From our roots as a local practice formed in the historic fishing town of Leigh-on-Sea in Essex, we have grown to incorporate bases in Central London to meet the need of larger, nationwide clients and projects. We love our Leigh-on-Sea roots – they give us a necessary grounding and a relaxed outlook that informs our approach to projects. Having a base in London has meant we’ve been able to build substantial relationships with city and national firms providing our services to larger projects across the UK.
