Biography
A dedicated member of the Livemore team since 1999, Colin brings a wealth of expertise as a professionally trained Building Surveyor. Originally focused in the Education sector, Colin’s career has expanded to encompass a broad range of industries, including Commercial and Healthcare projects, with a particular specialisation in Hospital and Healthcare facilities.
His technical acumen has been pivotal in managing complex, high-stakes projects, notably including the provision of new Linear Accelerator facilities, Radiology Department remodelling, development of a state-of-the-art Laparoscopic Theatre, Emergency Department extensions and remodelling, Mortuary extensions and remodelling, and site-wide Digital Services upgrade programmes. In addition to his healthcare projects, Colin has recently managed the development of a 40,000 sq.ft commercial Head Office.
Beyond his surveying and project management expertise, Colin provides valuable advice on neighbourly matters, including Party Wall agreements and oversail agreements. Known for his commitment to collaborative teamwork, Colin excels in building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues, ensuring that every project is handled efficiently and to the highest standards.
